Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, contact us at support@ondrive.fit.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email us right away. Orders are sent to our warehouse shortly after purchase, and once an order is in processing the address cannot be changed.
Lost packages
If your package has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will help.
Damaged or missing items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, email support@ondrive.fit within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and the item. We will review it and make it right.
